Any information we collect is solely for the purpose of enhancing your shopping experience. We use email to communicate with you about your orders and to let you know about special product introductions and other news. If you choose not to receive promotional emails, simply contact us at info@themalibulife.com and we will remove your email address from our mailing list.
Credit Card Security
Ordering from The Malibu Life, Inc. online is safe and secure. Once you place your order, you're on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. Your credit card information is never used except to issue refunds and charges for orders placed on our website. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file, so on rare occasions, it may be necessary for us to ask you for your credit card information again, to process refunds or adjustments. In this case, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you directly regarding your order. For your own safety, please don't ever use email to send us your credit card information.
Purchase Related Policies
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Processing
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday through the United States Post Office. All orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on holidays and or weekends usually ship on the following business day. Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Canada Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please add an additional day or two of transit time for orders placed around these holidays. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.
